Off-Site Training

Get the most bang for your buck with weekly training sessions. Modules are updated regularly and range from basic service, up selling and soft skill all the way up to socialised FOH management, sommellerie and BOH skills. Because good staff are your biggest asset.


One hour = 150 Points and is restricted to a maximum of three students.

On-Site Training

Got a specific problem that needs solving? Large team? We can customise training around your venue, your staff and your needs.


One hour = 750 Points.
